I grew up in a family of designers, so being the artsy kid was basically genetic. I lived for DIY projects and, if you remember MAD on POGO, I was its number one fan.

That kid is still around. She just gets excited about different things now: mostly the quiet thrill of making something that's both beautiful and actually usable. That's what pulls me into product design every day.
